I Haven’t Received the Order Acknowledgement.
We send the order acknowledgement to the email address you provided immediately when the booking has been made. If you haven’t received the order acknowledgement, please check your spam folder. If you have deleted your order acknowledgement by accident or you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service for a new order acknowledgement.
Is the Booking Binding?
According to our Conditions of supply, all booking is binding when it’s placed less than eight days before the training course. A training course booking and all changes to the booking are to be made at least eight days before the training course. If you don’t attend the training course, we will charge you the full price.
I Won’t Be Able to Attend My Training Course. Could someone else attend it as a replacement for me?
Yes. You can give your training course booking to someone else. At the beginning of a training course, attendees fill out their information on the attendee form along with any changes to their invoicing information.
Can I Be Late for a Training Course?
No, you can’t be late for a training course. In addition to the content of a training course, the starting time of the course also matters. So make sure that you arrive on time.
Can I Leave the Training Course Early?
No, you can’t leave the training course early. In addition to the content of a training course, the starting time of the training course also matters. Please make sure that you are able to attend the whole training course.
I Have Lost My Card. How can I get a new card?
If you have attended a training course organised by Uudenmaan Koulutuskeskus Oy, you can get a new card by ordering it via our customer service. You can also order one via our chat service. You’ll find our customer service contact information here.
I Attended a Training Course and I Still Haven’t Received My Card?
We order the cards once the training course has ended. They arrive at our office approximately in one to two weeks. We’ll send the cards to the attendees once we have received their invoice payments in full. We check for invoice payments every week.
